Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your curtain purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be in unused, original condition with all tags attached
  • Be returned in original packaging when possible
  • Be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or personalized curtains
  • Items that have been damaged due to misuse or normal wear
  • Items marked as final sale

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at assist@threxxonthex.world or call +1 (212) 532-0200 to request a return authorization
  2. You will receive return instructions and a return authorization number
  3. Package the items securely in their original packaging
  4. Ship the items to the address provided in your return instructions

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is not available, we will process a refund instead.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please provide photos of the damage when contacting us.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of shipment.
